The hotel's proximity to a convention center and other attractions is a plus. Rooms are fairly large with separate sitting areas and bedrooms. Mosquito nets are provided, and staff assist with setting up nets during the bed turn-down service. Guests can enjoy a typical Rwandan breakfast.
The water pressure in the bathroom is poor and showers are not always ideal, and the TV does not work.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fruits and hot dishes to choose from.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas getaway, I had a great stay in a hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms with a separate sitting area and bedroom. The staff were very helpful in putting the mosquito nets down during bed turn down time which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast offered typical and delicious Rwandan food. The location was perfect for the convention centre, and there was plenty of space around the rooms.
There were a few issues during my stay. The water pressure was not great, and the shower was not the best in the mornings.

The breakfast at Diplomat was satisfying, with a variety of options including fresh fruits, bread, and protein choices. The room was spacious and always kept clean. The staff, particularly Jane and Sharon, were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as slow Wi-Fi and occasional breakfast delays, the overall experience was pleasant.

The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, including fruits and some sort of protein, and the staff is helpful and friendly. the room is spacious and always clean, giving us enough space to work and relax after a long business day. the location is convenient, making it easy for us to move around the city.
